Container size for Sprouts

What's your favorite container type and size for sprouts? I like to do the trusty ol paper towel trick with 1-10 seeds, then go to solo cups, wait til they either get deficient looking, then transplant to 2-3 gallons and veg. I don't like flipping anything under 3gal but I've done it before and it's nice with autos sometimes if you're like really in a hurry and just don't care about weight that much.. I'm considering eliminating solo cups from my routine entirely Seen some folk that can run some beauties all the way start to finish in solos, hasn't been my luck.

For seedlings I do a 12-24 hour soak, then plant into a jiffy peat pod. They go from the jiffy to either a solo cup, or a 1 gallon pot. With autos they go directly to their final container.
Small container growing is a lot easier in a hydroponic medium rather than soil. I have some plants in 1 gal pure coco and the tallest one was about 4 feet tall excluding the pot before I trimmed it down some.
