weird hairs

second year grower, we have lovely purple hairs this year but was wondering what color do purple hairs mature to? and also if itts from something other than genetics because i had heard a story of a friends plant growing large red hairs that stayed prominent and the bud was horrible.

those look dank ... so far there s a lot of seeds and dead sticks that i still water, thought it was salvia for a minute :biggrin:
