Is growing an autoflower plant any different than growing a regular seed? I mean, should i prune it just like i would with a regular plant, or just let it do its own thing? anyone know anything about autoflowers

Any extra stress that could stunt the plant's growth should be avoided. It's best to start autos in their final pots and stick to low stress training.

I am kind of upset about ordering these seeds, i mean whats the point?? if i cant clone.. i wasted my money, i could have gotten the same seeds of a regular plant, and cloned that for a long time.. i mean whats the point of autoflowers.. i should have done more research about these seeds, had a friend recommend them, but now that ive done research, i feel like i wasted my money.

Autos are perfect for short outdoor seasons, or for situations where the lights are on 24/0.
I wouldn't get too upset over it, autos will still grow dank buds. And if you want a photoperiod strain, 420 deals are just around the corner.
If the seeds are regular, you could try your hand at making your own. That's the best way to get your money's worth out of auto seeds IMO.

Yea just pollenate one plant or selectively pollenate some lower buds.
I think autos are cool as shit you just need alot of seed.
Ive read up an you have small autos an big autos depending on the genetics.
