Holy shit, im trying to cut down on smoking so I threw abut half a cig worth of tobacco in my vaporizer and that shit hit hard
it almost knocked my ass out.
it hurt my lungs so much and I feel like I just snorted meth.
I just want to go run or something

I've done it once. It wasn't painful or anything, and it gave me a nicotine buzz, it just didn't taste very good.

What temp did you use ?
I used 190c on my vapir one

I was using a Vapor Bros so I don't know the temp; it was halway up the dial. I also was using no-additive tobacco.

Actually though, if you're looking to get your nicotine buzz in a healthier way than smoking, you could always try snuffing tobacco juice. You boil up a half-cup of water, throw in a cigarette's-worth of additive free tobacco (the fresher the better), swirl it around, and strain. The resulting liquid can be snuffed in portions of 0.5-1 mL at a time, repeating eevry few minutes until the desired effect is achieved. This is a traditional means of administration used in certain parts of south america. It provides the strong stimulant effects of tobacco, without the more toxic sensations that come from smoking, and doesn't involve inhaling carcinogens either.
