 New here. Debating when to harvest this lady

I have a hells fire gal here by Crockett’s family farms, yesterday was day 65 of flower this strain is 55-65 days but a lot of the lower stuff still has white hairs and the top buds have a few orange hairs still sticking straight out. Trichs are looking cloudy. Not sure when I should harvest. Was going to today but figured maybe it’d be best to see what it looks like in another 3-4 days.
It got light burn pretty badly, first time I’ve let a plant get this tall indoors was just experimenting. Won’t be doing this again.
Any input appreciated.

Well with indica and indica dominant hybrids. I let them go for around 10-12 weeks. Usually around 11. I also use a strong Jeweler's loupe to get good reading on trichrome readiness.

Do you prefer harvesting when trichs are amber or mostly cloudy?

I harvest by how the plant looks, not just the tricome color. IF the plant is yellow and damaged it gets harvested sooner than later. Foxtails often pop up at some point and will eventually fill in within 2-3 weeks. I try and harvest before they shoot out or after they fill in. Not every strain fills in well so its good to test a strain to see if it forms the denser buds in late flower. Some plants do amazing things when you run them longer.
Those look ready, but also like they could go a bit longer and really dense up. You'll never know what a plant is capable of until you push the limits.
I rarely go by tricome color. I grow under LED and they are rarely amber. Mostly clear and a few milky one's with the occasional amber.
When the plant starts to yellow up after flushing I always make sure to harvest before the yellowing recedes into the buds.
