You will never laugh so much as you do the first 8 or 10 times.

So hard your gut hurts and having others laughing with you makes it impossible to stop.

Too bad that symptom diminishes so quickly.

Laughter is the best medicine.

I think a part of that hilarity is our mental framework shattering to pieces as we gain newfound enlightenment as to who, what, and where we really are. The sensation diminishes as we fall into place and become more of ourselves, and more comfortable in our own skin.
