You should check out the stickied thread at the top of the smoke lounge...we regularly discuss stuff that isn't cannabis related in here.
I would recommend you try it...the growery can be much more than strict cannabis discussion. In fact, the majority of discussion during slow times is a small group of laid back people shooting the shit here in the lounge and the dome. It's a good way for other users to get to know you.
