Late Outdoor personal 12/12 grow info

So my friends have an idea of just doing a straight 12/12 outdoor grow for medicinal and personal reasons.
In the past they normlly start seeds in dirt and pots.
Would it just continue to flower if say they go from a few weeks of rooting and then maybe only 10 days indoor under 53 watts of combo spectrum cfls? Or will the difference make it veging again?
Rather not have to manually force so hoping to time w the hours of sunlight in the day.
Would mid august be enough minimizing sunlight? And also finish 7-8 week sfv og Kush?

Ya would work but why not just leave them outside ro grow better then under cfl?

Have you considered auto flowering seeds? There is a lot of breeders and strains to choose from. There is a trade off in potency with the genetics but the longer flowering time can make up for it with much larger buds before first frost.

FYI any light over the 12 hour mark will prolong or slow the flowering in normal cannabis.
