I just threw them in some happy frog for now and getting em hardened off.I bring them in at night back under the light.Probably wont put them out permenent til the first week of May.
I have had this pile of used dirt thats mixed with sand, leaves, grass clippings ect. my compost pile that I added some feather meal, alfalfa meal, soil conditioner I have been working about six months and I have some worms working in there also.Need to get some perlite probably to add in.Trying to build a good soil with a hotter mix towards the bottom of the hole for flower so I shouldn't have to worry about nutes. If they need something extra I'll just top dress. Still undecided on a basket, pot or right in the ground. They got beat up by the wind pretty good yesterday.
You can't really see it in the pics but it started snowing this morning. Not much just enough to remind me that there is still chance for freeze in spite of the nice weather we have been getting.
