Remember this Simpsons episode and the contest that followed? Basically you would dial 1800 collect (still around Btw lol). And you would have to guess who you think the killer was. The prizes was cash or the chance to have a 'guest appearance'.
Turns out some old lady who didn't even watch the show. Guessed wrong. Got chosen 'randomly' opted for some cash amount instead of being a 'guest appearance'.
Haha. I remember all those 1-800-collect commercials. I really got into the recent FXX Simpsons 600 episode marathon. It brought back a lot of memories. There were so many great episodes in the 90s.
I haven't been able to watch The Simpsons since about 04. Grew up watching every day after school and I remember it just starting to feel off around that time. Should revisit the old seasons.
