Going on vacation to Cali next week. Flying from the east coast. I'd like to have some bud out there with me but obviously dont want to take it on the plane and I'd rather not risk getting robbed by strangers trying to get it there. Possibly thinking of sending it to myself via usps. Thoughts??

Flying with bud is easy. I did it with a quarter when I flew to Seattle. I just had it in my suitcase in their normal plastic containers. But if you want extra security I would invest in a gonzo bag.

Well i've flown with it before, twice and both times i was fine but it was very stressful. after reading some posts and blogs, it actually seems like flying it would be better. I only plan on bringing a quarter. do u suggest carry on or checked luggage? ive done both, but when i did it through my checked luggage my bag got searched by tsa (they didnt find it but def gave me a mini heart attack). most things i read say putting it in a carry on inside a sock is best. i keep reading responses like "just find it at your destination". well obviously i dont know anyone in cali so that's not an option. i wont have much free time on this trip so id rather not have to find a connect/meet up etc.

I highly doubt you will be robbed by someone out here looking for some weed, just watch out for the white people!
In all actuality, California is one of the most if NOT THE MOST weed friendly states in our country, I highly doubt you'll have a hard time finding some out here, especially in San Fran.
Why not get a medical card out here and enjoy what all the dispensaries have to offer? No stress, no headaches, no lost packages etc.

Yeah I thought the same sham. Especially near haight and Ashbury. There's a few clubs over there and I'm sure people will help you out. I know I would if someone asked me.
Or you could make a sign like this dude. I think I took this picture on haight st. Lol.

Didn't the supreme court just rule that you can be refused purchase of firearms if you have a medical card?
Even if guns aren't your thing, it's a prime example of how being on that database can be used to infringe on your freedoms.
