CFL SOG grow?

Was wondering if this is possible i did search the forum and the only thread i seen has parts deleted outta it. so what do you guys think?
Im legal at 12 plants for awhile so should i do one or two small plants or a SOG? cuz with cfls and doing a sog the light dont have to go deep in the foliage so they should be pretty decent no?

well itd be 11 plants sog so i can keep a mama plants for more clones

Sure its possible. But results will be mediocre I'm guessing.
