Will it hurt the plant if I move it outside during the day for sunlight then inside at night using a few cfls to give it a few more hours of sunlight?

It's from seed and I have no idea what strain. Got the seeds from a friend of mine that I no longer talk to. Seems to be doing ok so far maybe I'll get a pic after I get back from camping
