I was on a big bubble hash thing for a while, I don't smoke in the week at all now though and I think if I smoked hash I would be way way too high. Smoked a little snapper out of my bong (not hash just og kush flower) last friday and I was too high. Had to sit down and wait for a bit.
Love the smell of hash though. Big fan. I had some pre98 bubble that was semitransperant it was so melty. You could actually dab it. Good stuff.

When I was slanging bars I'd only always be with my brother and we'd seriously smoke a bit over a zip a day since we would be so barred. We'd just roll the entire sack as soon as we hit the flat and always have one in our mouths. But those days are so behind me and now I have no tolerance like seriously a dub will last me a week or two nowadays.

A tuna melt lasts me a good 5 min. Throw in some jalap chips and some lemonade and its over in less than a minute.

For many years I kept my daily intake of herb the same, right around 0.1g to 0.2g a day for like the past 8 years....
....But over the past year or so I've been smoking a little bit more, right around 0.25g to 0.3g a day. Grams last me at least 4 days usually.
I've kept my smoking regimen the same for almost a decade now. I just take a single bong rip or two in the afternoon, once before dinner, once after dinner. Then before bed.
I certainly smoke more when hanging with friends, doing stuff out in nature, or when at parties & festivals and what not...but from the day to day, it's just a few rips .

I smoke extracts of the highest quality and quantity of thc day in and day out, making sure to never stop even if I'm sick.
I plan to do this for the next ten to fifty years. I see nothing bad that could come from this outcome, especially if all I do is watch t.v.
I'm sure my children will thank me for it!
