What are the great resources/references that helped you out when you started out or that you wish that you knew about when you started out? Anything and everything
Great books? Great websites, teks, writeups, ect Advise, what you learned the hard way, how you messed up/how to avoid messing up the same way, tips, hacks, anything and everything.

The best way to learn is to get some plants and try to grow them, try to kill some with love, kill some with neglegence, and play around with the thing and see how it responds. Its best to not have a yield requirement or to have your production plants separate so that you can fool around with some spare plants that wont matter if they die.
Experience is the best reference.

Balance. Balance between everything. Too hot, too cold, over-topping, under topping, overfeed, underfeed, etc. Find the spot that the plants like and keep it within that range. Just find those spots, each plant is slightly different. If one variable is off the entire system may lag.
Their might be no upper limit to fresh air flow (but you could get wind damage), keep some TOWER fans above below and within the leaf zone.

Phychotron, Magash, etc, I highly recommend banning this guy. He'd been flooding the mushroom cultivation boards the same way until they banned his ass.
