found several of these migratating into my buds 2 weeeks into flower, im thinking thrips mabye?

they look like clear to the naked eye, about a millimeter in size

It doesn't look like thrips. The damage of thrips is spots like the other poster showed. Look at the damage that bug is doing. It's walking across your leaf and digging a freaking trench. Some kind of leaf trenching stinky bug is my best guess. Thrips usually hide under the leaf and you see the damage on the top as the spotting...
