all leaves dead

So I transfered 4 clones and all of them took well, except one of them - the one I was most excited for. This clone for some reason has lost almost all of its leaves and the remaining few leaves are yellow and about to fall off too. the stem through the whole plant is still green, is there any way to save this plant from doom??
