I'm wondering what this is. Is it cobweb mold? Is it possible that it is fine roots. I did use a little bit of a rooting fertilizer. If it is cobweb mold what should I do? Thanks for any advice.
Looks harmless. Just pull it off it's not part of your plant. Looks like a weed seed landed on your soil.
