Light died possible shock?

So my light died randomly and was out for 3 hours is this enough to cause issues?

Nah you'll be fine. Having dark interrupt the light cycle isn't a big deal. Light interrupting the dark cycle is a different story.

Is light cycle less important in the seedling stage?

I us a 18/6 light cycle in veg.
You can use a 24 hr cycle but I belive the its like a rest cycle and helps the plants. They get that in nature .
