Is it possible for 2 non White Label strains to become a White Label strain? And what classifies a strain White Label?

That is how they all started. Of course, people traveled around the world looking for seeds, growing a bunch of those seeds, looking for the best plants to clone and then started breeding them. Breeding can be a tricky thing, I have no experience so I'll leave it at that, and some plants just won't "mesh" together like some will. No idea what determines this other than what I have read but yea you can do it.

Many strains on the market today are hybrid crosses from well known seed brands that have been around since the 80s/90s. A small % is unique. The overall deviations genetically within sub-species is not too great if you class them into groups as Skunks, Widows, Hazes, Berry strains etc. Can you achieve exactly the same results yourself? Unlikely. Can you get close to rather unstable hybrids? Absolutely, if you had a clue which stocks they used. This has been done before and still happens today.
