This is my first time growing cannabis and wanted to get some advice and perspective from some people who have more experience, so thanks for your time. I've been reading all about this online for the last few months and feel pretty confident, just a few things that I would like to clear up.
I have 8 20 Gallon geopots with ROLS filling them til about 2-3 inches from the lip of the pot.
My Box is roughly 4x7 feet and 7 feet tall. 28 Square foot. 196 Cubic feet.
I have one inline fan that pushes 438 CFM out of the top of my box linked to one 1000w HPS.
I have another 1000w HPS I plan to mount in the box, but am unsure of how to rig an electrical system to allow for the extra electrical pull.
Venting directly into the room the box is in with no filter, also I do not have any passive air intake figuring that the box isn't air tight and will draw enough air between the seams of the panda tarp and pin holes made by kitty claws.
I have one tower fan and one fan mounted to my box for internal air circulation.
There is a window adjacent to my box, should I/could I have a window mounted A/C unit venting directly into my box? The window is directly in front of the entry threshold behind the panda tarp. Thinking of cutting a hole in the tarp to mount the A/C.
I plan to build a screen of green for inside my box, although I'm not sure if I should do one for each individual pot or one for the entire box (space is pretty cramped as it is with pots). I plan to build the screen about 4 feet tall so that it is 2 feet from my lights.
If i were to build multiple screens, how much area should each one cover per plant?
I have another 1000w HPS I plan to mount in the box, but am unsure of how to rig an electrical system to allow for that much electrical pull.
I'm starting to reconsider doing a screen of green given the tight quarters, perhaps LST instead?
