Not sure what to think. Its an odd little supplement. I take 10mgs and can stay up, but the second I lay down I'm out. Its also not a deep heavy sleep either, but last night my chick came in the room to lay down and I asked her who all these people were then went back to bed.
Anyone else take it? I'm gonna eat some now cause I'm bored!

Yeah its alright, it gives me some wierd dreams sometimes.
I prefer valerian tho.
If I miss the window of effect it usually keeps me up then or even doesnt work sometimes...

There shouldn't be a window. Also, it works different then the PM's which are intended to just make you drowsy and then fall asleep. Where as melatonin is supposed to reset your bodies circadian rhythm. Making you tired when it gets dark, etc.
