Go to your 'account' settings.
Select, edit, 'Display preferences, number of shown topics, languages, colors...'
In there you can edit the 'style' you'd like to use. Underneith the style options, there is a 'custom style?' button. Click that and there is a text area where you can submit ccs code to work with a theme.
The growery, and the Shroomery both have this feature. The feature works as expected at the Shroomery. Here not so much.

They collect custom themes; you can see how they look, to get an idea. There's detailed pictures that probably explain it better than i have already.
I have a theme there too,
