Been brewing some up and have been vegging a room using only what I'm making. Any of the more advanced growers have any critique or advice if something looks dumb. So far I've got great growth and no signs of malnutrition. But always down to improve.
Transitional and flush recipe:
3 gallons scrubbed water ( kdf filter not RO)
4oz compost mix ( ew castings, humus soil and fresh mushroom compost ) 1-1/2 tbs ancient earth from advance nutes 2 tbs VermaPlex black castings 2 tsp be-one ( just a b vitamin sample I got) 1/2 tsp Oregonism xl 6 oz eco kelp
I dilute it to 400ppm then feed. Usually 2000ml per 5 gallons. I use this as a foliar spray too at 500ml per gallon and actually got rid of spider mites on an infected plant with it.
Veg recipe:
3 gallons water
5 tbs high nitro guano 16 tsp Tappin Roots 25ml ancient earth 6 oz VermaPlex 6oz eco kelp 1 tsp Oregonism xl 1 tbs Sea 90 10 ml hi brix.
The ingredients look fine to me. I personally don't foliar anything, well almost, so that I can't comment on. But otherwise looks like a decent setup for teas.
-------------------- Dude she isn't as young as she use to be.
Good to know I'm not going overboard on anything. Poor choice of words on my part. Ive been feeding with it rather than just water after every couple guano feedings to be sure I don't burn anything.
The sequence is twice with nitro tea and then once with the other tea as a semi flush. All my young plants get just that b vitamin tea till they are more established.
