its outside in a pot, i just watered it this morning

It'll be fine as long as it's not in late flowering. That will just encourage mold. Well at any stage of flowering they really shouldn't be getting rained on.

Just make sure it doesn't get overwatered due to a really heavy rain because I've had that happen before.
