SWIM has 1 mj growing in wood box. what seems sufficient lighting...(28 watts) -.- but only one plant with CFLs the plant is maybe a month old, started flowering maybe after it was 4 inches
SWIM doesnt care if it only yeilds >1oz. can 28 watt do it?
household fan.
SWIM thinks he over watered them today, looking at them they were bright and almost yellow perky leafs, turned dark green and a little more droopy, maybe more spaced apart.
so SWIM put maybe 1/2 liter of water half gallon container.
Has been watered once a week maybe.
after removing plant and moving things in box for maintence plant is now looking as stated.
also SWIM used some Mike O'Rizey

I've never grown indoors but 28 watts doesn't seem like much, I think 100 would be great for a single plant. If you think you over watered then all you can do is let them dry out, they will be fine as long as you don't do that consistently.
Pictures would help a bunch.

SWIM knows there are some weird things going on with lower leaves, but thinkd that's because been so bad with keeping up with 12/12 schedule, but recently gotten a timer so no more to worry about there

Only take the 2 lowest dying leaves off, leave the others alone. You want as much foliage as possible on that plant.
And you need to give them more light. 12/12 is for blooming, you should be doing at least 18 hours of light for veg.

Looks fine to me, those spearhead leaves usually die on me pretty quickly too. But a 28W CFL is not going to get you through flowering.

Also swim didn't want to really veg too long, small grow space and read that flowering can triple size of plant. So flowering right away.

Stop with the SWIM shit. It doesn't do anything buy annoy people reading the thread.
We need to know a few things.
What kind of soil is it in?
Are you monitoring pH?
Are you feeding it nutrients? If so what kind and how much?
I doubt it's flowering since you haven't been keeping a consistent schedule yet.

and nly used the mike orizey stuff uhm, 2tbsp when i transplanted

I don't think I can be of much help here, but first check out your potting soil bag. Look up how much N, P, K there is already in your soil, if any. From there figure out your nutrients. I have never used the myco stuff, but I am sure you will need more to see you through to flowering.
Next man, I understand you are on a tight budget, but get serious about your lighting. You might get something from the lights you use, but it wont equal anything in the end after you account for all the money you put into what supplies you do have. Look for something with at least 250 watts HID. That will set you back maybe 140 for the ballast and hood.
Heat will become an issue in a box, so with a 250 watt light, grab about 4 or 6 PC fans and vent the best you can (this would be the cheapest way I can think of, and even then it may not solve the heat issues.).
Honestly if you are just growing one plant to kinda experiment with or get a bit of bud from, grow outdoors in a remote spot that gets a lot of sun (at least 14 hours if I remember correctly.) Depends on where your located I guess, but it would give you a better chance at success if what you have going right now is the best you can do for the plant.
Not trying to come off harsh, just laying out some issues you will run into. 28 watts will cause it to stretch or just stall out on ya.
Also remember bro, like others said.....12/12 for flowering.....18/6, 20/4 or whatever you prefer for the veg, just make sure its over 13 hours of light.

Like the one P-O pictured would at least get you through, but you might wanna check out getting some splitters so you can have two or three of those babies in one socket. Plus if you ever do upgrade to HID lighting, you can use those splitters for a veg or seedling area.

Yeah just use a VPN or proxy and keep your alias obscure as fuck, and you can post all the pictures you want and be like "look at my WEED, motherfuckers" without getting too paranoid. I think even if you were somewhat easy to track and didn't anonymize yourself you STILL have a good chance of not being caught because no one cares. They're not going to utilize federal resources to bust really any of the size of grow rooms that get posted here. Maybe local, but local investigations would be unlikely to point back to this site, and 50-60% of regular posters here grow in legal states anyway.
If you have a secret cave with 1000 plants maybe don't post that. 
Otherwise, look at how many of us have posted pictures of grows and don't appear to be in jail. Granted there's no ticker for the other number...

So after looking around at other grows at 4 1/2 weeks, ive noticed mine is no where close. my lighting is way inefficient.
so i will do my best to resolve this issue.
but if not, and im stuck with 28w for longer than i hope, will it survive?
will it just take like 3x as long?

OKay i just found some "Gardenscape Seed Starter" is a mixture of finely screened sphagnum peat moss, perlite, and vermiculite that is perfect for seeds and young plants. Comes in 8qt bags only.
as well as some ultra green all purpose plant food. its blue.
i found a few spots where i can move it outside, i think i will transfer it to a stealthy green pot and use this new soil, also the plant food.
my lighting schedule is 12/12 and im pretty sure my plant is starting to grow tiny pistols, also my plants night time is when the sun is up, so when the sun goes down my lights come on.
when should i transfer it to outside?

Why have you had your plant on 12/12? It didn't sound like you were far enough along to be flowering already? Am I understanding correctly that you STARTED the plant on 12/12? Is it an autoflower? If not you've pretty much doomed yourself to a really terrible yield, you're looking at like half an ounce maybe, if even, if that's really what's taking place.
If you wanted to be able to get a yield out of this plant you would've needed to start it on a veg light cycle like 18/6 or 20/4. The amount of light it gets is directly proportional to the amount fo growth so when you start it on 12/12 (which is really only used to trigger flowering) you don't allow it to form any substantial amount of nodes/branches.
I don't really know what kind of advice to give on this at this point, get more light on it, keep going I guess. But proper lighting and a veg cycle would've done so much for this plant.
Good luck, I'm not sure what advice I can offer. I don't see it surviving flowering without more fan leaves than it has right now though.

yes, i had small grow space and just wanted so see what i could do. dont care for the yield also using it in hopes to get more seeds.
i moved it outside, and it is about to rain...should i bring it in or let it get rained on? im thinking to just let it get rained on

Are you seeing any new leaves that have more than a single leaflet? It looked like it produced a couple nodes worth of the sets of 3, maybe a single set of 5s, but once it's closer to the point where it can force preflowers it's only really going to produce single bladed leaves from that point onward. You'd have to take PERFECT care of it to sustain it without it keeling over from being so sensitive. I'm interested to see how it goes, a lot of people report better results outdoors.

well i took it outside, perfect sunlight, and i went out and checked on it, all dried up and i have no idea why.
i went ot touch it and it snapped in half.
so i brought it in and smoke it all, got a decent buzz
