I ned a pump to get water from a bottom of a ridge up to the top so I don't have to slep jugs up the hill wearing a trail to my shnit
thing about going the solar powered or hand crank way
any suggestions??

No clue, I would talk to a pump supply store or a grow store.

yeah but the dialogue would be a little err sketchy
id like to get an answer here
im thinking solar panel, car battery, pump, and lines
I just need a pump that runs off 12V DC and can pump about 100 ft uphill
ill probly prowl ebay I guess
