What should I do? As I said this is my first grow and I have 3 seedlings I just started growing outside should I chop down the male and switch the grow room to 24lighting and place them there? Can you do anything with this male? butter, wax, anything? What a devastating turn out bro did i do something wrong or just the way of nature?

If you think 1 out of 3 seedlings being a male is a devastating turnout then your life must go pretty smoothly otherwise.
You can try to make butter out of it but it's not likely to be very potent.

no I understand that this is a normal occurrence; however it is my first grow and its a big boy about 3 and 1/2 months old so Im bumming big time, but I guess its part of the experience... Whats a good way to make butter?

Sure seems like one, but the angle could be deceiving maybe. Dunno
Youd have to check a butter making guide which might be on this site already. There are other options too, but they probably wouldn't give you anything worth the effort. If you have nothing else just smoke the leaves in huge joints imo.
The new "hot" trend is to make BHO or wax and to "dab" but not sure you could do that with a male. Not even sure if wax is the same as BHO. This dab video is kind of amusing. Skip to 1:30 or so IMO. He doesn't move at all until around then.

Wax is "whipped" BHO, so it becomes waxey as opposed to oil or shatter

You cannot do anything with this male except make more seeds. The hash from it would be basically non existent and terrible. It sucks dude, but it's how nature goes. In china they get rid of female humans, imagine how great your life is now that all you have to do is get rid of this little plant.

lol good point! I guess it just feels weird killing this big boy considering iv been babysitting it and put all my coins in one basket so to speak and it was a male.... This time I got 4 Bagseeds going so god willing I should at least get one male!

Yeah, always start with at least 4, so that you have a good chance of at least 1 or 2 females. Out of my first batch of 4, only 1 was male, but another hermed later. Sucks but, that's how it goes.
