 how long does weed stay in your system

Wrong thread probably but sorry.
i am a regular user of this site but forgot my username and password so made a new one.
I stopped smoking for about 4 months. But now im starting up again but only occasionally due to drug testing once a month (dont ask)
so lets say i smoke 1gram - 1.5 gram a week
How long will it stay in my urine?
Height 5ft 9
Weight 9stone 4
Workout 6 days a week.

depending on usage...
someone who smokes once a week vs someone who smokes 8 times a day will differ
diet and weight also change the length of time too.

14 days is good, ill just toke at the beginning of the month, surely 6 days exercise should sweat that shit out

I've always went by 30 days clean should do it for ya...I'm not sure about 14. But I'm a fattie so I hold it longer.

6 days of exercise wont do shit.
It took me a FULL 30 days to piss clean last time I stopped smoking.

I smoked every day for three years and then in 2008 got arrested, and was offered the florida drug court program to "treat my marijuana addiction" as well as to expunge my numerous charges. in this program, I had to call a phone number at 6:00 am every morning to see if I had to take a drug test that day. it was called "calling your colors" because they would only say for example "hello. today is red, and green. repeat. red, and green" and if you were those colors, you get to pee in a cup. well, the way it cycled, you always had at least three 6-panel tests a week, and then they were sent to a lab to have a gas chromotography test on them.when you first start, they tell you 3 days for narcotics, 14 for marijuana, and you take a drug test every day until you are clean. I smoked until the first day I had to pee in a cup, then quit cold turkey on piss test day numero uno. failed four tests, and on the fifth day, clean as a whistle. then, I proceeded to pass three piss tests a week for 14 months straight with no false positives or anything of the like. Nobody ever believes me when I say 14 days max, but the STATE OF FLORIDA gave a class of around 100 people up to 14 days to get clean, and the only assholes who weren't were the ones who said they stopped smoking, but didnt entirely for whatever stupid reason. then they went to jail. simple as that.

but before that i was smokin 2-4 grams a day easy
