It was from the color of the little hairs. They were too brown already, but yeah, I think you are right, another week wouldn't do any harm there. I was too anxious  I think . I'm starting another two new ones already and I'll be more patient with these

Looks good! Don't forget to cure 'em, they'll get 100 times better all around. 
As far as trying to figure when exactly when to harvest, pick up a pocket microscope that goes to 100x for about $15, and check the trichomes. Going by the color of the pistils can be a decent general harvest sign, but is usually too inaccurate to be sure and you may be missing out on a little weight by picking them too early.
