I hear that in California the feds are doing smash & grabs at many dispensaries ( taking cash and buds). State laws mean shit to them. They'll continue to do whatever they want.

they were doing that a while back, i think theyre starting to loosen up a bit with the last memo released from the DOJ. they wont come in unless you're not following state laws. CO has the most regulated MJ system in the world. thats one big reason we dont have the feds here. no other state does it like we do.

Arent the feds only interested in the big owners of the dispensaries anyways? Sayin they ship outta state and what not.
I highly doubt theyre goin after normal users. And that face tracking is prolly gonna be for out of staters when recreational sales become legal.
I can see them concerned about trafficking...but small time consumption? Cmon. Its colorado.

i see Alot of misinformed ppl here. yes weed is legal. but there are no weed stores. there are dispensaries everywhere but they do not sell to anyone without a medicinal card. in January stores Will be allowed to sell to the general public if the store is licensed. the only way to legally get weed if ur not a patient right now is by making a donation to growers who post on craigslist. u make a donation n they give u a green gift

i did. a cpl people seem to give good info albeit incomplete. but that was aimed toward the people that think that just cuz its legal its sold to anyone anywhere.

Well having visited there. Yes you can buy marijuana, and not just from craigslist. FunnyFart also visited and was able to buy weed, not from craigslist, and that motherfucker isn't even from the U.S.

We had to score off a street dealer like anywhere else...
It was just super easy cuz the guy was standin outside the cypress hill concert shouting EDIBLES FOR SALE.
Asked him for dabs and bought 4 grams.
Next day he went to the store and bought us wax and shatter and butter and cheeba chews and charged us double price what the ads in cannabis cup magazines said.
If all else fails...ibake lounge.

Im gonna have to look into this. when i moved here not too long ago i saw this thread n went to ibake lounge n was denied. i was alto told that no dispenser would sell to anyone from out of state. i just said whatever and proceeded to check place after place with no luck. yea. u can always find someone willing to get it for u or u can buy of the streets if that's what ur into but craigslist seems to be the best way I've found not having red card n doin it legally

man it took me not more than a day in every city in the us to find some smoke... whats the big deal here? ... and denver was just great in the quality and price.. not just with the green
