I live a few miles from hundreds of miles of trails. I like to roll about a gram into a joint. I roll with a crutch, which is just a thin strip of rolled up cardboard. It keeps the end open. You can also smoke it down to the end and you scorch the crutch a little.
When I get stoned, I feel like jogging more. A 45 minute jog is pleasant. The guys who taught me how to mountain bike liked to smoke some pot. I wasn't smoking then because I was in college and was concentrating on my studies, because I was serious about my studies, and I had smoked a lot of pot already and was content with not smoking for a few years.

I know an oboe player who smokes medical and jogs to keep his lungs for good sound with the oboe. My father was a professional musician and used to have festivals where they would play classical music. I like live classical music. It's impossible to record the richness of the live sound.

I smoke before every run; I have exercise induced asthma and can't remember the last time I needed an inhaler.
I love weed.

When my buddy used to live a couple houses away from me and not 6 states away we used to smoke on the drive to or at the little gravel lots before running/riding the trails in southern IL. Running was so peaceful, not seeing another soul and just running along next to my buddy and my pup running ahead of us. And biking made hitting air on all the roots and jumps so much smoother. I was a bit more in shape/faster running wise so I would always push him on the runs, but he was more experienced/better on the trails with the bike and always made me attempt speeds and jumps I would never try by myself on the trail.
