Drying my Harvest. first time
    #677986 -

Hey guys so I successfully harvest my first plant :bigweed:
The buds have been left on the sticks hanging upside down for a little over 2 weeks and the sticks still are kind of bendy, which I have been told isn't ready for curing just yet. They are in a well ventilated room with a fan blowing on them.
Should my buds be ready for curing soon?
Do they need to be cracker dry sticks?
Any input or advice is greatly appreciated
Thanks!

Strange they aren't dry yet since its been two weeks and you  have a fan blowing at them.

From what I was told when the stem snaps it is dry enough for curing.

See that's what I thought.
Any thoughts on why its taking so long?
Should I just be patient or can I speed up the final drying?

High humidity will slow the drying process quite a bit. I would cut them off the stems and see if that helps.

Just jar them up already.

I left stems sitting in my closet for a couple weeks and they were still bendy and i had pulled all of the bud off already.

Yeah is it raining where your at? That's nuts for them to not be bone dry by now. How do the buds feel after you trim them?

Sounds like high humidity.  I would go ahead and jar them, but just make sure to open it several times a day so they can continue to cure and dry out properly.
