Can you put back a broken Limb?

Oh no guys. This is really bad, I fought off the spider mite problem but right after that my plants main stem (top part) completely broke off. Please what do i do? Is it possible to tape the limb back in place and hopefully the plant will be one? Or should i just clone it?

I assume you could turn the top part into a new plant.
And no you couldn't tape it.

How many nodes? How far into flowering? How long has it been!?
U can too tape it back, if u do it right away.
On the bright side, you ahould see a lot more branching.

It's about 12cm in hight it's still in vegetative mode. I taped it right the second it broke. But the leaves on top got all droopy so I just cut all the leaves off above the broken part. I'm thinking on just uncapping the broken stem and tossing it out. But would the plant still grow without a top? It does have the fan leaves

Naw if it's in veg just take it off. You'll benefit from this in the end considering it's still at 12in.
You topped a plant lol

you just did a technique called 'topping' and you should be fine, just toss the part you cut off. some plants like to be topped, some don't. You may or may not get better results because of this. thats a good height to top at.
pictures?

I thought topping it is when you cut the branches so they double. But what I did was break off the spine of the top of the plant. It's just a nub left at the top.

FIM is a waste if time and effort. Topping and LST are way better. Keep in mind, not all plants like being trained these ways. Some will not yield more this way.

12in =/= 12cm
Chances are, you can't save the part that broke off. If it only has one or two nodes it will be stunted for a while but should eventually grow with multiple tops.
