If you coughed up tar once you quit how long did it last?
I have been a smoker for 7 years and just recently stopped. But every time I cough, I cough up some tar. It is really unpleasant.

It took a few weeks for it to stop. Could take longer depending on how much you smoked.

I cough resin every now n then...but i only use bongs and dont smoke tobaccy.
Ive noticed ots either after a nght of super heavy smoking or if i smoke a lot of blunts with friends
It comes and goes all the time

I smoked for a long time 13 years, I think when i quit it took like 6 months for my lungs to be almost healed! Meaning I could out run the cops LOL
