Well it still can take a watering after this long even if not dry, so I'd transplant now

Oh, well after a flush the soil is completely saturated. It will take a long time to dry up. Just be patient.
And like maestro said, transplanting would be fine.

Once i started to see this I have not been giving it any nut. or anything. I watered yesrterday Its in a 5 gallon bucket but its only half full of soil. So I gave her like four gallons of ph of 6.6 run off was like 6.7 6.8? And I still didnt give it any food after that?
