Fuck MANGOS are TASTY!! I eat one every night. Once i learned how to eat em .. I WAS SOLD!
Im also addicted to coconut water and coconut oil! Coconut oil is SOOO healthy for u.... I USE THAT SHIT ON EVERYTHING (and for all my cooking)

I fucking love mangoes, I get the dried at my local store, when they're not in season. Which since I live in the states is never. But I usually only eat them fresh during the summer.

i just bought food yesterday, mostly fruits and veggies, all good healthy stuff.

I've always loved mangos ever since i was a kid and my mother taught me to cut and eat them like this: 
I was in San Jose del Cabo last year and they're everywhere! Good sustenance for juice when you're low on money for water in the hot conditions there.

I've been all about greek yogurt lately.
every morning i have 6oz greek yogurt with a 1/4 cup of granola and sliced fruit. I bet mangoes would be great with it.
its a good blend of protein and simple/complex carbs to start your day. great pre workout meal.

Granola and yogurt are a staple for me. Just awesome. And Coconut water is way better than gatorade the day after drinking

Were just a bunch of granola eating hippies I guess
But no I switch it up. Do home made egg mcmuffins, pancakes, all sorts of different shit. But granola and yogurt are a regular snack or breakfast.
