How much airflow is too much when drying?

I just realized that I don't have a set gameplan for the drying stage - yet. So I was thinking of drying them hanging inside my box with my 4 inch inline and filter running at 25%, about 40 cfm in a 48 ft3 space. There will be a minor draft, but that's one of a few ways I can think of to neutralize the smell. Option 2 would be to hang in a room with a fan blowing ONA gel, but that might effect the smell/taste of the buds. What's you opinion? Will exchanging the air in the room 1x per minute dry out my buds too fast?

I just hang my buds on a clothes hanger and put them somewhere for a few days, no fan, but no sealed containers

Ideally that is the best way, but I'm concerned about the immense aroma.

its rarely a problem on a small scale. I can have ~2lb's drying in an apartment with no problems, depending on the bud of course. Smoking makes more smell than drying.
