Basically the light will not be directly overhead the plant as it was before and it will be as pictured 
WIll this be okay?

It'll just focus on the bud on one side of the plant is all, but yeah it'll be okay as long as the heat doesn't become and issue.

Theres a exhaust thing ontop of the tent directly above where the light is mounted in picture and a fan on the ground blowing upwards on low to circulate air, the only problem is its the middle of summer and extremely hot, the ceiling fan and all windows and doors are open all day, but its still pretty damn hot =\
