since silk road is anything but secret now.. ill post this.
FYI... there are WAY better underground marketplaces then SR. Personally I wouldn't trust it with all the attention it got last year.

Be careful using the link to SR from Wiki since people could easily edit it to redirect to a phishping replicate. This happened last week. I don't know if it has changed.

they need to make a silk road for dummies or something..i have tor, but not the slightest how to go about using them sites.. and everything i read about it, makes it more confusing.. id like to be able to understand and use the sights but 
probably why i have to buy f2f or make my own

Bitcoins are easy to get via bitinstant.
You can go to Walmart,CVS,Stater Bros,etc. to deposit the cash and from there you get your coins sent to your Ewallet address.
PGP is also easy to learn.
