Anyone using or have used this product? I checked it out at the local grow store and I'm considering it. They had an open bag of it and I gotta say, it looks perfect. I'm currently using Roots Organics and Happy Frog.
Here is the analysis.
1.6-1-0.6
Total Nitrogen (N) 1.6%
0.152% Ammoniacal Nitrogen
0.1% Nitrate Nitrogen
0.408% Other Water Soluble Nitrogen
0.94% Water Insoluble Nitrogen
Available Phosphate (P2O2) 1%
Soluble Potash (K2O) 0.6%
Calcium (Ca) 1%
Derived from: Earthworm castings, Alfalfa meal, Blood meal, Feather meal, Bone meal, Humus, Kelp meal, Sulfate of potash and greensand.
No real reason to switch, no real price difference, just buying into advertising and sales pitches.

I'd say try it out. Not all soils are created equal. I've seen side by side comparisons of Happy Frog and FFOF and FFOF usually has better results.

I did side by side comparisons with the Roots, Happy Frog, and a combo of the 2. When mixed, it seemed to do best. HF is super dense and Roots is too airy. I think a perfect addition would be some coco as it tends to become hydrophobic.
I guess I may as well try it, it looks like what I get from from my mixture plus some expanded clay.
