You're an idiot. All sites hosting copyright material are under scrutiny, why would this site be any different? Child porn on top of that was found on the servers, that's why.

I gave you my opinion you haven't given yours..you just want to argue. I posted that by accident. I'm not saying it will or won't it's just my opinion because of the way the site was run it will not last long...... Unless they regulate the content allowed a little differently.

The only reason megaupload got shut down in the first place was because it's servers were hosted in the US and it had 'pirated' material on those servers (obviously). Now the servers are apparently in New Zealand so the US can't seize shit.
My opinion is the new megaupload will prosper like never before.

I thought their servers were hosted overseas? I know Kim and others were overseas and the main hq for the company was in Hong Kong or something?

Yes the HQ was in hong kong but the servers were in the US.
