Well yeah, they're biased. 38% in 53 yes, 47 no. That's too close to call it man. I'm not saying that it wont pass. Just that they're jumping the gun.

53% yes with 51% of the vote in, I think the margin will continue to close. Hopefully it holds up.
If so I am going to be moving to Colorado. Start a commercial cannabis business.

I would like to be able to get into creating my own strain of cannabis, you know take the time to be able to play around with indica/sativa crosses and see what I could come up with. Maybe only produce 7 strains but really tweak them good so that they're something new and highly desired, oh yeah the number 7 because that is my lucky number and it's also the number of God.

I have to ask, what do the feds say about this? It wasn't long ago medicinal marijuana dispensaries were getting forcibly shut down. Now they've thankfully taken a blind eye to that, but what about now? I have a hard time believing they're just gonna roll over on this.
Also, I seriously want to move. When I think if how well the home owned mom and pop wineries do here, I can't even begin to think of how well they'd do with specialty ganja too. I'm so jealous.
And last but not least...I was saying it years ago...all this Omg 2012 shit is supposed to be a great change. I was saying years ago that it'd he the legalization of cannabis that made the conciousness shift. I almost said it as a joke. Now I kinda have hope that I was right

I think they would probably go after the retail stores that WA and CO initiatives authorize but leave the patients alone, like what is usually seen on the med pot scene. They would probably go after CO though because CO allows people to grow 6 plants, WA does not allow any growing.

Does this mean that anyone can walk into a dispensary and buy bud in Colorado or are there still restrictions on distribution?

The restriction is now that you have to be 21. We just voted to regulate it exactly like alcohol.
It was funny to me how many dispensaries were opposed to this. greedy ass motherfuckers.

Still man, the politics. Its nice that it passed, but will big brother allow it?
I hate to be Mr. Buzzkill but I just don't see them saying "aw whatever" to this.
Also, hows the job market in Colorado? I mean, not weed related jobs.

Same as anywhere. If you're smart and hardworking you'll find one easy, if you're an idiot or you're lazy you'll be on national TV bitching about the unemployment rate.
Big brother has left us alone alright for the last 4 years, who knows how they'll play this one.

Especially if this generates the kind of tax revenue they are predicting. Could be a huge economy savior
I know there are already medical clinics and patients, but you will now be expanding the user base and availability even further. Probably reaching 5-10x the amount of people.

My mom just informed me today that she is going to be getting her medical marijuana card
She lives in a very rural area so I am pretty sure she is going to be allowed to grow her own. I am thinking I want to be her caregiver.
They have plenty of land, so I could just build a small storage barn and use that to grow for her
She has been pretty anti-marijuana the entire time I grew up, but shes become more and more progressive over the years and as she's seen other states adopt pro-reform legislation.
