Wrong again, I don't mean to be a asshole but now your in conspiracy land. You sell to them driver or not and your busted. Under federal law if you go into a bank with another person and rob the bank and he shoots somebody whether you have a gun or not and know he was going to do it or not you're both going down for murder equally.
What I'm saying is this. Their not going to give a shit if you knew or not it was going to another state cause their just going to say that if he didn't buy the weed from you he wouldn't have had it to take to another state. (and don't say they don't do shit like this cause you sure as hell know they do).
