 Thin stems, need help!

Grown from seed, not using a proper grow lamp just using a desk light that heats up quite alot.
The stems are to thin to support the plants now, im planning to grow these outdoor, should I risk putting them out to fend for themselves or does someone have a better suggestion?

Get some CFL's. Normal bulbs don't have the right spectrum of light.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on the weather. But seriously, a CFL is only like 10 bucks.

You know like every package has a description like "warm white" or "daylight" on it but when you go to wally and say something about the glow temperature of silver, then even many clerks have no clue what you're talking about hehe ^^.
