I was about to give up on kratom because smaller doses dont do much and higher doses make me feel shitty and sick. So before tossing it in storage I tried taking some benadryl with a dose and

4-5g of borneo red vein gives me strong effects but it makes me super nauseous and shitty feeling so it sorta ruins the high. For a while I was doing only 2-3g every other day but as expected at that dose, I didn't get a whole lot out of it and still got a bit sick feeling. Although positives of dosing like that was pretty much zero w/d if I took a few days off.
A couple people (iStoner and other posts by people when I googled kratom nausea) mentioned diphenhydramine (anti-histamine/benadryl/otc sleep aid etc) worked to eliminate a lot of the negative body effects of kratom so I figure i'd give it a shot. Previously I tried smoking an indica to help with nausea since that always instantly cures regular, non kratom nausea but it didnt help at all.
Took 4g BRV, then 25mg diphenhydramine and another 1g BRV 40min later. Didn't experience any nausea or itchies and was feelin good but was also more drowsy (I figure I can experiment with adding a bit of malay green or red thai to counter-act that). Also since im taking more i'm gonna go to only twice a week to keep tolerence low and not get into much of a habit.

Ah. I noticed the nausea pretty much bounces after awhile.
Not sure how quick tol builds, but I take kratom at least once a day.
Could someone break the kratom tol down for me?
