drying and curing
    #615505 - 03/31/12 01:15 PM (12 years, 13 hours ago)

I just had a friend drop off a little wet bud as an early birthday present.

is it cool to just put it in a cardboard box and air it out once a day? I don't have anywhere to hang it. its not very humid here. the buds don't have much stem to hang them from.

also my mom was cleaning out her kitchen and was throwing away a ton of little tupperware containers. I took them for storing buds since they aren't pourous like normal plastic. is it cool to store and cure buds in them? not this stuff he gave me but for future reference. 2 birds one stone.

Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

if its a bag full of wet bud it will get moldy. assuming its just a bit its fine. just leave it open till its not wet anymore. then you can start burping it.

I have cured in cardboard boxes and paper grocery bags before, but I don't find it as ideal as hanging since the buds don't all equally dry out.

I would go with a paper grocery bag over a cardboard box though...

After the initial drying, I cure in mason jars and old pasta sauce jars.

Plastic will work but I'd go with glass. :fbsnugs:

I've always used glass too. hmmm.

I'll see if I have a bag. its a bunch of buds but literally no stem to hang from lol.
