Sounds like you skipped soil 101 and went right to hydro.

Is Hydro your first cult exp?

You don't need to worry about it.  The stuff is not going to hurt your plants.

That small amount wont hurt your grow.  I had it on my rockwool.  It's fine.  Doesn't hurt anything.  And there are all sorts of good bacteria, not sure if that's the case with what your talking to.

I was just wondering because I been told based on question asked and what I've read that you want to avoid algae and any bacteria build up.   If you says it cool Hawk, I believe it.

Sure if it start getting out of control it can be a problem.  But the little bit that's on your rockwool doesn't really cause a problem.  If you do start to see it growing in your reservoir then you want to apply Physan 20

That usually applies to algae growing in the actual nutrient reservoir because it can use your roots as a "nucleation" point and basically choke the plant out. Algae growing on the rockwool in passive hydro won't even cause problems.
