My seedling is too damn thirsty

I popped a germinated seed into a dirt puck yesterday. I soaked the puck for the required time but it dries out quick as shit. I covered the intake fan that was blowing directly on it. Am I gonna over water the seed trying to keep the puck moist.
2x18 watt cfl
Computer housed
Temperature 73.2-75

Transplant it into a larger growing medium. Problem solved.
