Bagseed outside and one of the Double diesel ryder autos I am getting it ready to go outside.
The one in the red pot and the bigger plant are both 25 days old from bag seed.. kept under same conditions indoor and put outside the same time.. what a difference! The smaller one in black pot is the autoflower.

i would guess its pretty cool still where you are and that the black pot is heating up in the sun allowing it to grow alot faster in the marginal conditions.

Good guess, but they just went outside and it only gets cool at night, the black pot one was already bigger, soon as it went outside it exploded with growth and the other one is just taking its time lol
